Intro

Prosperty is rebuilding how property is bought, sold and managed in Greece, a tech-first agency competing with a market still run on phone calls. I joined as UI/UX & Product Designer and Digital & Motion Designer to architect the new product's complete design system from scratch and reshape its public-facing surfaces.

Selected aspects of the project

Product, UI/UX, Digital and Motion Design for a full data-driven asset marketplace

Four connected systems designed to make a complex property journey clearer, faster and easier to trust. Also, several other of my works are displayed here, from motionwork to digital ads, as I functioned as the bridge of the marketing department and the product team.

01

Marketplace map and grid exploration

Two complementary ways to explore the same marketplace, each shaped around a different property-search mindset.

What this is
A connected marketplace experience with both map and grid views. The map supports location-led exploration with a vertical filter bar on the left, while the grid supports listing-led comparison with a horizontal filter panel above the results.
Why it was designed this way
Each layout gives its primary content the most useful space. The vertical controls preserve map visibility and keep geographic exploration close at hand; the horizontal panel lets people scan and refine a denser grid of properties without interrupting comparison.
What problem did it solve
Property hunters do not all search in the same way. Designing both views prevents users from being forced into a single workflow while keeping filters, listing data and area intelligence consistent as they switch perspectives.

02

Map exploration on mobile

Preserving location, results and decision context on the smallest screen.

What this is
A mobile map journey with clustered listings, property previews and a draggable statistics panel for municipality-level insight.
Why it was designed this way
High-frequency filters remain within thumb reach while results stay visible beneath them. Clusters reduce visual noise, property previews appear in place, and the bottom sheet moves between overview and detail without abandoning the map.
What problem did it solve
Traditional mobile property maps force people to jump between a map, listing pages and area research. This interaction model keeps spatial context intact while allowing quick comparisons and deeper investigation.

03

A scalable product design system

Building the shared foundations that make a complex property marketplace clear, consistent and ready to scale.

What this is
A product design system spanning an adaptive filter modal, consistent button states, contextual tooltips and a structured typography system. Together, these patterns define how complex choices, actions, supporting guidance and information hierarchy behave across the marketplace.
Why it was designed this way
Each part was designed as a reusable system rather than a one-off screen. Filters adapt to residential, commercial and land searches; buttons communicate interaction states consistently; tooltips explain unfamiliar actions without cluttering the interface; and typography creates a dependable hierarchy across dense property and investment data.
What problem did it solve
As the product expanded, repeated interface decisions risked becoming inconsistent and difficult to maintain. Shared rules reduced ambiguity, made complex searches easier to understand and gave design and development a coherent foundation for future features.

04

A complete homepage redesign

Reframing Prosperty’s public homepage around the full property journey, from first search to informed action.

What this is
A complete redesign of Prosperty’s homepage that brings property search, featured listings, buyer services, trust signals, local expertise and company scale into one connected experience.
Why it was designed this way
The page was designed as a progressive journey rather than a collection of disconnected promotions. Search leads the experience, relevant properties provide immediate value, and each following section answers the next question a visitor is likely to have: what support is available, why Prosperty is credible, where it operates and how to continue.
What problem did it solve
The homepage needed to serve several audiences without becoming fragmented or overwhelming. A clearer hierarchy and deliberate content sequence made a broad service ecosystem easier to understand, strengthened trust and created more natural paths from discovery to conversion.

05

Motion for Property Invest and Agents Day

Two distinct motion approaches: product education for a 360 campaign and career-led event communication with a recruitment purpose.

What this is
Three motion pieces created for two Prosperty initiatives. The horizontal film is a how-to video for Property Invest, produced to accompany the product’s 360 campaign. The two vertical films promote Prosperty Agents Day, an event designed to support future real estate agents in their careers while also functioning as a low-key recruitment strategy for the company.
Why it was designed this way
The Property Invest video uses a horizontal, step-by-step format so viewers can follow the product journey and understand how to use it within the wider campaign. The Agents Day films use mobile-first framing, direct messaging and energetic pacing to foreground the event’s career value, allowing Prosperty’s recruitment objective to remain present without becoming the overt message.
What problem did it solve
Property Invest needed more than campaign awareness: prospective users also needed a clear explanation of how the product works. Agents Day needed to attract and help future agents while introducing Prosperty as a potential place to build their careers without presenting the event as a conventional recruitment drive.

06

Creative concepts and digital campaign banners

Campaign ideas I developed myself, from agent recruitment and seasonal communication to premium press and out-of-home.

What this is
Four pieces of campaign work taken from idea to finished asset: an Agents Campaign carousel explaining why an agent should join Prosperty, an Easter design set built around the company’s own team and a charity partnership, a double-page press spread for Forbes and other publications, and a Prosperty Luxury concept applied from poster to magazine page to airport digital display.
Why it was designed this way
Each piece starts from one idea rather than a layout. The Agents carousel leads with the concrete terms agents actually weigh, commission, bonuses and the tools behind the deal. The Easter set puts the people and the cause at the centre instead of the product. The press spread separates the service list from the investment scale so both readings work on their own. And the Luxury concept carries a single visual metaphor, a home seen through an aircraft window, across every format it appears in.
What problem did it solve
Marketing needed a steady flow of campaign assets without a large creative team behind it. Developing the concepts alongside the design system kept the work varied and on-brand.
