Topos is a curated marketplace for private event spaces in Athens. Co-founded with Vaia Ladia, it brings discovery, availability and direct booking into one editorial experience, from rooftops with Acropolis views to neoclassical mansions and olive-grove villas.
Editorial discovery, designed the homepage with Vaia Ladia around atmosphere first, with the search bar (activity, where, when, guests) anchoring intent and a curated set of popular occasions surfacing instantly.
List page, again wireframed with Vaia, a filter system that reads like a magazine spread rather than a database, with editor-curated rails, contextual badges (Acropolis view, sea view, historic) and large food-styled photography driving choice.
Listing flow, formulated a 10-step guided host wizard covering space type, capacity, photos, pricing and availability, with progressive disclosure and a clear exit so hosts never feel trapped mid-flow. Made with Vaia.
Design system, established the typographic identity (display serif for editorial headers paired with a soft script wordmark), the warm neutral palette and a complete component library for both guest and host surfaces.
